Include your order number or website order code.
For installation or connection problems, add your phone model and the country you are in.
For crypto payments, add the coin and the transaction hash if you have it.
Never send your QR code or activation code to anyone except official NoIDeSim support.

No internet after landing — select the NoIDeSim line for mobile data and turn Data Roaming ON for that line.
QR code will not scan — choose “Enter details manually” and enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code.
“Unable to add eSIM” — check that the phone is not carrier-locked and is connected to the internet.

Do I need to pass KYC or give an ID?: No. NoIDeSim asks for no passport, no selfie, no email and no registration. Pick a destination, pay, and receive your eSIM — that is the whole flow.
What is an eSIM?: An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. There is no plastic card to insert: you scan a QR code (or enter the activation details) and the data plan is installed in about a minute.
Does my phone support eSIM?: Most phones from 2019 onward do: iPhone XS/XR and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and many others. Look for “Add eSIM” under Settings → Cellular / Mobile network. The phone must not be carrier-locked.
How do I pay?: With cryptocurrency — USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, TON or XMR — from any wallet or exchange, or with Telegram Stars right inside Telegram.
