Privacy Policy

Short version: no ID, no email, no account, no advertising trackers; Google Analytics and anonymous session recording with one-click opt-out. We keep only what is needed to deliver and support your eSIM.

Our approach

NoIDeSim (“we”, “us”) sells prepaid data-only eSIMs through the official NoIDeSim Telegram bot linked on noidesim.com and presents the service on noidesim.com. We designed the service to work without knowing who you are. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, address, ID documents or bank card details, and we do not create user accounts.

Data we process in the Telegram bot

  • Telegram identifiers — your numeric Telegram user ID, and the username and interface language Telegram shares with bots, used to deliver your eSIM and answer support requests.
  • Order data — the plan you chose, quantity, price, payment method, payment status, promo code if any, and timestamps.
  • eSIM data — the ICCID and activation code of the eSIM issued to you, so you can reinstall it, check usage or receive support.
  • Payment references — for Telegram Stars, the payment charge ID provided by Telegram; for crypto, the payment ID, coin, amount and status from our payment processor.
  • Support messages — what you write to support, kept to resolve your request.

Data we process on this website

This website has no user accounts and no advertising trackers. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server. To improve the site we use two third-party analytics tools: Google Analytics and Inspectlet session recording (see below and our Cookie Policy).

Your browser itself (local storage, never sent to us for tracking) keeps a few conveniences: the code of your last website order and your bonus code so you can reopen them, whether you closed the pop-ups and when your visit started (so a pop-up does not appear too early), and the support chat conversation for the current browser session only.

Like every web server, ours records technical access logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser user agent) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for a short period and rotated automatically.

Anonymous visit statistics

To understand how many people visit the site and how many complete a purchase, we run our own copy of the open-source statistics tool GoatCounter on our own server. No data is shared with any third party.

It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address: it records the page address (without order codes or other query parameters), the referring site, browser, operating system, screen size, country and language, plus anonymous events such as “order created” or “order paid” with the amount in USD. Repeat visits are recognised only for a few hours using a salted hash that is regularly replaced, so you cannot be recognised across days or across other websites. If your browser sends “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”, nothing is recorded.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving the shop (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Only aggregated statistics are shown to our team.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) to measure visits and how the purchase steps perform. Google processes your IP address, device and browser information and sets analytics cookies. We send page addresses without parameters, so order codes are never shared; Google signals and ad personalisation are off; order and review pages are not tracked.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Object any time with “Don’t record my visit” at the bottom of every page. Google may process data in the USA under its standard contractual clauses.

Session recording (Inspectlet)

We use Inspectlet (Inspectlet Inc., USA) to record anonymous sessions — page views, clicks, mouse movement and scrolling — so we can see where visitors get stuck. Inspectlet processes your IP address and basic device information on its servers and sets its own cookies. We do not use recordings for advertising and do not try to identify you.

Everything you type, order codes, eSIM QR and activation details, payment addresses and amounts, bonus codes and the support chat are hidden before data is sent. Order and review pages are never recorded. Network requests are not recorded. Recording is off on our Tor mirror.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and improving the shop (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time with “Don’t record my visit” at the bottom of every page. Data may be processed in the USA; Inspectlet acts as our processor and keeps recordings according to our plan’s retention period.

Support chat on this website

The support chat is run by an AI assistant (it is clearly labelled as AI). To answer you, the text you type and the assistant’s replies are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes them to generate the answer. Do not enter QR codes, activation codes, seed phrases, passwords or personal details in the chat.

If you give the assistant a website order code, it looks up the order status on our system and shows only the status and a link to your order page — never the eSIM QR or activation details.

We do not store chat conversations. When the assistant cannot answer a question, or you mark an answer as not helpful, we keep only the question text with codes, wallet addresses, transaction hashes, emails and phone numbers removed, together with its language, topic and date, to improve our answers. These records are deleted after 60 days.

Why we use this data

  • To deliver the eSIM you paid for and show your past orders.
  • To confirm payments, prevent double charges and process refunds.
  • To provide customer support and fix delivery problems.
  • To keep basic accounting records of sales where the law requires it.
  • To protect the service against abuse and fraud.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or build marketing profiles.

Who else processes data

  • Telegram — operates the messenger and processes Telegram Stars payments under its own privacy policy.
  • Crypto payment processor — processes cryptocurrency payments and receives the order ID and amount. Public blockchains record transactions permanently.
  • eSIM distributor and mobile operators — we order the eSIM by plan code; we do not send them your Telegram data. Once the eSIM is in use, the mobile network processes technical connection data (such as the network you attach to and data volume), as with any SIM card.
  • Anthropic — provides the AI model behind the website support chat and processes chat messages to generate replies.
  • Hosting providers — run the servers for the bot and website.

How long we keep data

Order, eSIM and payment records are kept while your eSIM may still be used or supported and for as long as accounting or tax rules require. Support messages are kept until the request is resolved and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are rotated within weeks.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data linked to your Telegram account by writing to support in the bot or to support@noidesim.com (see Contact). We may keep records we are legally required to keep. Because we hold no identity documents, we verify requests by the Telegram account they come from. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, see our GDPR Policy for your specific rights.

Security

Access to order data is limited to the people who operate the service. Connections to the website use HTTPS, and payment processors handle payments on their own systems — we never see card or wallet credentials. Keep your eSIM QR code private: anyone with it may be able to install your eSIM.

Children

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly provide it to children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
