About these terms

These terms apply when you use noidesim.com or buy an eSIM through the official NoIDeSim Telegram bot linked on noidesim.com (together, the “Service”). By paying for an order you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What you buy

You buy a prepaid, data-only eSIM plan for the destination, data allowance and validity shown in the bot at checkout. Plans provide mobile internet only — no phone number, calls or SMS. Network coverage, speed and availability are provided by local partner operators and can vary by location, time and device.

Your responsibilities before buying

• Make sure your phone supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked.
• Check that your destination is included in the plan’s coverage.
• Have an internet connection available when installing the eSIM.
• Keep your QR code and activation code private.

Activation and validity

On most plans the validity period starts on first connection to a supported network in a covered country. Some plans start at installation or at purchase; this is shown in the plan details. Unused data and days expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be carried over.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars, and in Telegram Stars where you choose Stars. Payment is accepted in Telegram Stars and in the cryptocurrencies offered at checkout. Crypto payments must be sent in full, in the selected coin and network, before the payment window expires; payments sent to a wrong network or below the requested amount may be lost or delayed. Prices may change at any time, but the price you paid for a completed order does not change.

Delivery

The eSIM is delivered in the Telegram chat, usually within minutes after payment is confirmed. Crypto payments are delivered after the blockchain confirmations required by our payment processor.

Refunds and replacements

• If an eSIM is not delivered, or cannot be installed because of a fault on our side or the supplier’s, we will replace it or refund it.
• An eSIM that has been installed and has used data is not refundable.
• We cannot refund problems caused by an incompatible or carrier-locked device, an uncovered destination, or a deleted eSIM profile.
• Refunds are made through the original payment method where possible (Telegram Stars refunds via Telegram; crypto refunds to an address you provide, minus network fees).

To request a refund, contact support through the bot or at support@noidesim.com (see Contact) and include your order number.

Acceptable use

You must use the Service lawfully and in line with the rules of the networks you connect to. You may not use it for fraud, spam, attacks on networks, or any activity that is illegal where you are. Operators may apply fair-use limits. We may suspend or refuse service where we reasonably suspect abuse.

Age

You must be an adult (18 or the age of majority where you live) to buy from the Service.

Liability

We provide the Service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted coverage or speed, which depend on third-party networks. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as missed bookings or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.
