Session recording with Inspectlet

We use Inspectlet (Inspectlet Inc., USA) to record anonymous sessions: page views, clicks, mouse movement and scrolling. We watch these recordings to find where visitors get stuck and fix the site. We do not use them for advertising and do not try to identify you.

Inspectlet sets its own cookies and browser storage to recognise a session, and processes your IP address and basic device information (browser, screen size, country) on its servers. Our account is configured so that it does not record network requests.

We hide sensitive information before anything is sent: everything you type into any field, order codes, eSIM QR codes and activation details, payment addresses and amounts, bonus codes and the support chat. Order pages and review pages are never recorded, and order codes are not put into the page address while recording is on. Recording is also switched off on our Tor mirror.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in making the shop work well (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time with “Don’t record my visit” at the bottom of every page; the page reloads and recording stops for this browser.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) to count visits and see which pages and steps of the purchase work well. It sets cookies such as _ga to tell visits apart and processes your IP address and device information on Google’s servers.

We send Google the page address without any parameters, so order codes never reach Google. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and we do not link analytics to advertising. Order and review pages are not tracked at all, and analytics is off on our Tor mirror.

Self-hosted visit statistics

We count visits with our own self-hosted, cookie-less statistics tool, described in the Privacy Policy. It does not use cookies and does not need consent.

Local storage

Your browser keeps a few small conveniences in local storage on your device: the code of your last website order and your bonus code so you can reopen them, whether you opted out of analytics, and whether you closed pop-ups or banners. This information stays on your device.

Server logs

Our web server keeps short-lived technical access logs for security, as described in the Privacy Policy. These are not cookies and are not used for tracking or advertising.
