Buying without ID
- Do I need KYC, a passport or an ID?
- No. NoIDeSim never asks for documents, selfies, an email address or a phone number. You choose a plan in the Telegram bot or on the website, pay, and receive the eSIM.
- Do I need to create an account?
- No. There is no account and no password. Telegram orders are linked only to the chat you bought them in; website orders are opened with a private order code.
- Is a no-KYC eSIM legal?
- NoIDeSim sells prepaid data-only plans supplied by licensed mobile operators through an authorised distributor. You are responsible for using the service lawfully in the countries you visit; see our Terms of Service.
- Why is it called NoIDeSim?
- NoIDeSim stands for “No ID eSIM” — written with a capital I and D.
Phones and installation
- Does my phone support eSIM?
- Most phones from 2019 onward: iPhone XS/XR and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, plus many Motorola, Xiaomi, OPPO and other models. Check Settings → Cellular/Mobile for “Add eSIM”. You can also dial *#06# — if an EID number is shown, the phone has an eSIM chip.
- My phone is carrier-locked. Will it work?
- No. A carrier-locked phone can only use its original operator. Ask your carrier to unlock it before buying.
- How do I install the eSIM?
- Open the QR code on another screen, then go to Settings → Cellular/Mobile → Add eSIM → Use QR code and scan it. If you only have one device, use “Enter details manually” with the SM-DP+ address and activation code.
- Can I install the eSIM before my trip?
- Yes, and we recommend it — you need an internet connection to download the profile. On most plans the validity starts only after the first connection in your destination.
- Can I reuse the QR code on another phone?
- Usually no. Most eSIM profiles can be downloaded once. Do not delete the eSIM from your phone unless you no longer need it.
Using the plan abroad
- How do I switch it on when I land?
- Select the NoIDeSim line for Cellular/Mobile Data and turn Data Roaming ON for that line. Keep your home line as the default for calls and SMS if you like.
- Do I get a phone number?
- No. All plans are data-only. You can still call and message through apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal or FaceTime.
- Will my home SIM still work?
- Yes. With dual SIM your home number keeps receiving calls and SMS (for example bank codes). Disable data roaming on the home line to avoid charges.
- How fast is the connection?
- You connect to a local partner operator over 4G/LTE and, where supported, 5G. Real speed depends on the operator, signal and network load at your location.
- How much data do I need?
- Light use (maps, messengers, browsing) is often 0.3–0.5 GB per day; video and social media can use several GB per day. Our Research page has a detailed estimate.
Payments, top-ups and refunds
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- Cryptocurrency — including USDT (TRC-20), TON, SOL, USDC, ETH, BTC and XMR — and Telegram Stars in the bot.
- Why can’t I pay a small order with crypto?
- Crypto payment processors have minimum amounts so that network fees do not exceed the payment. For small orders coins below the minimum are hidden — pay with Telegram Stars or add more eSIMs to the order.
- How long does delivery take?
- Usually under a minute after payment is confirmed. Crypto payments need network confirmations first: seconds for TON or SOL, a few minutes for USDT, longer for BTC.
- Can I add data to my eSIM?
- Many plans support top-ups. Write to support in the bot with your ICCID: if your plan can be topped up we add data to the same eSIM, otherwise you can simply buy a new plan.
- What if something goes wrong?
- Every eSIM comes with a 24-hour connection guarantee: if it does not connect within 24 hours of arriving in your destination, or it is not delivered or cannot be installed because of a fault on our side, contact support and we will fix it, replace it or refund it. eSIMs that were installed and used normally cannot be refunded.
Privacy
- Can I open noidesim.com over Tor?
- Yes. We run an onion mirror of this site. The address and how to verify it are on our Tor page (noidesim.com/tor).
- What data do you keep about me?
- Your Telegram user ID or website order code, order details (plan, price, payment method and status) and the ICCID of the eSIM delivered. No name, email, phone number or documents. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
- Can the mobile operator see my traffic?
- Like any SIM, your data passes through a licensed mobile network that handles technical connection data. Use a VPN or encrypted apps if you want to protect what you send over any network.
