Why only a code?

We don’t collect emails, phone numbers or names, so there is no account to recover. The order code is the key to your eSIM — keep it like a ticket number. Anyone with the code can see the eSIM, so don’t share it.

Do I need to pass KYC or give an ID?

No. NoIDeSim asks for no passport, no selfie, no email and no registration. Pick a destination, pay, and receive your eSIM — that is the whole flow.

What is an eSIM?

An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. There is no plastic card to insert: you scan a QR code (or enter the activation details) and the data plan is installed in about a minute.

Does my phone support eSIM?

Most phones from 2019 onward do: iPhone XS/XR and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and many others. Look for “Add eSIM” under Settings → Cellular / Mobile network. The phone must not be carrier-locked.

How do I pay?

With cryptocurrency — USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, TON or XMR — from any wallet or exchange, or with Telegram Stars right inside Telegram.

What is the 24-hour connection guarantee?

If your eSIM does not connect within 24 hours of arriving in the destination, write to support in the bot. We fix it, replace the eSIM or refund you.

When does the plan start?

The validity period starts on the first connection to a supported network in your destination, so you can buy before your trip and install the eSIM at home.
